Phychotherapist and Wellbeing Coach

I am a Clinical Psychotherapist who specialises in Emotional and Spiritual Wellbeing. I work holistically and focus on healing and balancing the nine areas of wellness: physical, emotional, intellectual, social, environmental, occupational, financial, creative and spiritual.

A quote from the Psalms, all is well with my soul” resonates deeply with me and my aim is to help you achieve wellness of soul (emotions, mind and will).

I help you to restore wellness in your body, mind, and soul so that you can enjoy holistic wellbeing.

Welcome

Hi! I’m glad you’re here. If it’s the first time that you’re considering therapeutic support, I congratulate you as it is always a brave step to take . . . .  You may find the process overwhelming, but just by deciding to be here, you've taken an important first step forward in your search for healing, guidance and support towards a thriving and fulfilled future life.

Helping people is my passion  –  and therefore no trauma, emotion or experience you’ve had is too big or too challenging to deal with.

Improve your relationship with others

During sessions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can express yourself fully and freely. I also love to establish an authentic and strong rapport with you to help you achieve your therapeutic and well-being goals.

By partnering with you during sessions, it is my privilege to guide and facilitate you from living in ‘mere-survival-mode’ to ‘truly-thriving-mode’.  We achieve this by overcoming hurts, fears, disappointments and challenges so that you can thrive by ultimately living a life of meaningfulness and significance.

I firmly believe that you are a complex, multi-dimensional being and that there isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy. Therefore I specialise in a holistic approach to best support you as a unique individual.

You may want to know a little bit about me before booking a consultation. . . .

“Wellbeing is to be able to truly say: “It is well with my soul . . . “
