I use a holistic approach to help you develop emotional strength and integrative wholeness.

Things I enjoy.

On a personal note, as an energetic and fun-loving person, I enjoy travelling, reading, walking my dogs and spending quality time with friends and family. Some of my favourite destinations include London, Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Italy and Greece.  I have too many favourite books to mention, but I’d be happy to recommend relevant reading to you during our sessions together if I feel they’ll add value to your life.

I’ve been married for over three decades and I’ve co-established and managed a few businesses with my husband and we’ve also raised four well-balanced and successful children.

For complete relaxation, I love to watch romantic comedies with happy endings!

— ANONOMYS.

Adila is possibly the most non-judgemental person I’ve met. She’s calm and understanding and listened to me when others wouldn’t. I’m a very private person, but I felt safe sharing my heart with Adila.
